DYING (Do Not Mourn Me)

When I die
I shall haunt the enchanted woods
Long will I have left my unoccupied body
to the earth
I will voyage upon streams of wind alongside the cherubs
Celebrating the eternal joys of my rebirth
I shall charm generations of tulip trees
and dance over the brambles with whimsical feet
An endless absence though it may seem
Most certainly again we shall one day meet
So when I die, please do not mourn me
For I have not ventured into some lesser thing
Though you may miss me, do not feel sorry
My soul had simply outworn this body
I shall remain forever lulled into a rapturous dream
